- Access for people with reduced mobility -
The train trip is accessible to people with reduced mobility, exclusively on the route "Entre Terre & Prés-salés" (Le Crotoy ↔ Saint-Valery-sur-Somme).
A prior reservation is possible with our sales department, by phone.
Passengers with reduced mobility are welcomed in a specially equipped passenger car, equipped with an elevating platform allowing access for people in wheelchairs (manual or electric).
Departure times – Classic days of circulation
From Le Crotoy: 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
From Saint-Valery-sur-Somme: 14:30 and 17:30
Departure times – Purple traffic days
From Le Crotoy: 10h00, 13h30 and 16h30
From Saint-Valery-sur-Somme: 11:30, 15:00 and 18:00
The PRM car can accommodate up to three wheelchairs, manual or electric. It is primarily reserved for people who cannot move from their armchair to the classic benches.
The reception requires the intervention of the Train Conductor for boarding maneuvers, we thank you for arriving at the station 45 minutes before departure.
Are you able to travel without your wheelchair? A van dedicated to the transport of wheelchairs is available on each of our trains, regardless of the route or schedule chosen.
- BIKES, SCOOTERS, STROLLERS -
The transport of bicycles on board our trains is free, subject to availability and without prior reservation.
Each train is equipped with a van dedicated to the transport of bicycles and related equipment.
Are accepted on board: folding bikes, traditional bikes (muscle), electric assistance bikes, scooters.
It is recommended to have a lock to secure your equipment during the journey.
Are not accepted on board: tricycles, three-wheelers, carts, tandems as well as any bulky or oversized equipment.
Strollers
Strollers must be folded and stored in the van provided for this purpose.
- DOGS AND ANIMALS -
Dogs and other pets are accepted free of charge on board our trains, with the exception of the restaurant trains.
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers as well as our staff, dogs must be kept on a short leash and installed under the benches, so as not to obstruct traffic in cars.
The 1st class cars (velvet seats) are not accessible to animals.
In accordance with the regulations in force: category 2 dogs must necessarily be muzzled and dogs of category 1 are not allowed on board.
In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the Station Agent or the Conductor reserves the right to refuse access to the train.
